CLA's purchased from Pharmafitness. After taking them for a short period of time I already noticed my digestion and immune system improved. CLA's cannot be made by the human body and I personally don't consume enough dairy, lamb or beef which contain essential fatty acids. I strongly recommend purchasing these, especially from Pharmafitness as they are great value for money!
